2 Copies of the GMO OMG DVD
The winner of this giveaway will receive 2 Blue-ray Dvds of GMO OMG. Who controls the future of your food? GMO OMG explores the systematic cor- porate takeover and potential loss of humanity’s most precious and ancient inheritance: seeds. Director Jeremy Seifert investigates how loss of seed diversity and corresponding laboratory assisted genetic alteration of food affects his young children, the health of our planet, and freedom of choice everywhere. GMO OMG follows one family’s struggle to live and eat without participating in an unhealthy, unjust, and destructive food system. In GMO OMG, the encroaching darkness of unknown health and environmental risks, chemical toxins, and food monopoly meets with the light of a growing global movement to take back what we have lost. Has the global food system been irrevocably hijacked? Is there still time to reclaim its purity, protect biodiversity and save ourselves?

I am concerned with our food supply because I think it is in large part completely contaminated by pollutants, chemicals, and drugs.

I am concerned with our food supply because it could be disrupted so easily and I don’t like all of the pesticides being used and additives.

I am concerned because of MANY reasons. Way too many to write about in a comment, lol. The MAIN reasons are because of labeling issues, contamination, and costs. I have gotten pretty good about knowing what is okay and what is not but I am fortunate enough to be able to put the time into doing the research. I think that everyone should have the ability to know just by reading the label. Even with the ability to read the label, however, the companies that choose to create a product that is not ‘clean” are still causing the world to become contaminated with their GMO, pesticides, hormones, antibiotics, etc. Costs pretty much explains itself.
Brenda Haines
I’m concerned because there are far to many gmo products available.

I am concerned about our food supply because there are so many additives now and people seem sicker much younger than they used to
Dorothy Teel
I get worried about our food supply because so many people, scientists are creating items and putting them in our food, foods are loaded with preservatives, and other un pronouncable items, I love fresh and green foods,

chemicals, growth hormones, and GMO’s in our food are making us very sick and I am totally against it. We have coffee and fruit trees in my husbands home country, and when we visit I can so tell the difference between our food and the food they have over there. At first, I thought the meat wasn’t all that great over there, until I realized that it was totally natural and without any hormones or chemicals, now I prefer it… our food supply unfortunately is in danger from natural disasters as well as issues with GMO’s and chemicals-it is a very sad thing, and I think that is why people here are overweight due to processed foods, and feel blah all the time…I know, I’m one of them.
Saver Sara
I have little ones that have major food sensitivities and allergies. It is because of our environment and even though we try to make good food choices, it is still not enough.
Cindy Merrill
Did you know that synthetic food additives have only been in existence for approx. 80 years: The human body, however, has evolved over 15,000 years, so I am very afraid of processed foods.

I’m concerned about what GMO is doing to our health as well as the health of our planet. Also the hormones and antibiotics in meat and dairy concern me.
Heather Swarthout
We are using GMO to feed many, many people. It’s scary because eventually we won’t have any real food to eat, it will all be scientifically created!
gewkip
i am concerned with our food supply because I have so many foods that I cannot tolerate any longer. I find it hard to screen for all the GMO’s put into everyday foods. But once I eat something my body lets me know right away with severe reactions that I ate an offending food. I am doing my best to teach my granddaughters a healthier way to select their foods.
Christa L.
There are far too many chemicals being used in our environment that do affect our food supply. I think this causes health problems and sickness.
Sherry Compton
I’m concerned about the chemicals they are using and how they aren’t keeping the factories clean. Scary.
rusthawk
I’m concerned about the govmt’s involvement in water and agriculture, the chemicals in our foods, and the power of companies who manage global food supplies, and also GMOs. For starters ….
Tami Lewis
I have children- nuff said!
Cindy McElwee
I’m concerned about food supply because you don’t have any control over additives or how things are prepared ♥you want the best for your children
natalie nichols
I’m concerned for our food supply because it’s getting harder and harder to find food that isn’t loaded with garbage and toxins.
Ann Maria Mattila
I am concerned that our food supply is mostly contaminated with chemicals and GMOs.
