Essential oils have so many benefits for your health and well being but they can also be used to make you smell good!  Ditch the perfume and all the hidden chemicals and use a natural and pure body mist or perfume made from essential oils.  It will probably cost a lot less too!

I never wore perfume or body mist because they always made me sneeze but now I spray on my DIY body mist daily!  It smells good and I also benefit from the essential oils  aromatically.  For instance, I spray my Calming Blend body mist when I am feeling anxious or need to relax.

It’s easy to make a body mist, perfumes are a bit more complex.

As you may know, I prefer easy and that is why I make body mist sprays.  For a body mist you simply add 5-10 drops of essential oil to 4 ounces of water and shake well. You can experiment and find the mixture that works for you.

  1. I love darn near any blend of sandalwood with something citrusy and uplifting. I love the combinations you listed!! I made some essential oil perfume roll ons a few months back and I love using them instead of artificial perfumes.

I love using all natural essential oils for treating and managing symptoms! Ive never thought about using it as a body spray!! But what a great idea!! And a great way to incorporate the oils into daily use!

  3. I have essential oils, but I’m not sure how to use many of them. They need to come with a handbook.

  4. I love Serenity all by itself! I know what goes into it but cannot remember at the moment (I was just informed today) so I’m not much help. It is doTerra though and I simply apply it to the bone behind my ear, at the base of my neck, and to my wrists. I have to resist the urge to smear it across my chest like perfume! It is also calming with a surge of invigoration. At night, you can apply it on your feet for calmness and sleep.
