    I use peppermint oil in oil pulling with coconut oil. i also use it along with lavender oil for topical skin use if headache.

    I use oils all the time and for many reasons. We use balance for my daughter andher ADHD, I use peppermint for headaches, lemon on paper towel in the bottom of my garbage can. Tea Tree for disinfecting and cloth diaper laundry. LOVE oils!!!

    I love adding lemon to my water. I use peppermint to keep ants away. I use lavender to sooth my skin and help me sleep. I love essential oils!

    I love essential oils and use them every day! I keep trying to learn more ways to heal myself from various ailments, clean my home with them, and replace other, more harmful products from my life.

    I’ve used essential oils for a few things… we mainly use lavender and eucalyptus in my daughter’s bath at night. I also use tea tree oil for various things!

    i just started and use peppermint oil in my bath water to help open my head when I am stopped up between the hot steamy water and it I can breathe better

    I have found that essential oils have really helped with my anxiety peppermint oil is very strong and clears my mind with the crisp pleasant smell it almost instantly comforts me.

    I am fairly new to using EO, but I am absolutely in love with the ‘Thieves’ type combinations as well as lavender. I put them in homemade cleaners and air fresheners.

    I don’t have any of my own except clove oil. But I use my sister-in-law’s sometime, and I really love the peppermint essential oil for putting on my nose, and head when I have a stuffy nose, and cold. It is so great!

    I do use oils! I’ve been using them for about 10 years. I like to sniff lavender oil to combat headaches, or apply directly to my neck and shoulders if sniffing doesn’t work.
