I started learning about essential oils because I struggle with a rare nerve disorder which causes constant, tremendous pain that surgery cannot ease or heal. It also aids in the pain I have from my mild Cerebral Palsy and helps my husband’s migraines. I enjoy using various essential oils when making homemade toothpaste, deodorant, diaper rash salve, cleaners for my house, lip balms, and in salves for minor wounds. There is no end to the use of essential oils in my house and life! I learn new things about essential oils every day and I feel good about creating healthy products for my family and myself. Thanks!

I’ve used a few oils, but really want to use them a lot more!! I have used a Lavender Oil spray on my pillow to help me sleep, and have used vanilla for calming. I have read that a lot have benefits as a dietary supplement. I’m definitely going to be looking into this more!!
