My tip is to recycle everything you possibly can, reuse what you can, or try to pass it on.

  3. Dani Osenbaugh says:

Reuse reuse reuse! It’s not only green but it saves you money. 🙂

  4. Use vinegar, lemon juice, potatoe, etc. for cleaning and personal usage.

  5. Don’t buy stuff you don’t need! Cloth diapering has really cut down garbage made by our baby too 🙂

  6. Becky Marie says:

Replace paper towels and napkins with cloth ones!
    And of course cloth diaper!

  7. Slowly make the changes. If you have told me a few years ago to do all of the eco-stuff I do now it would have been overwhelming.

  8. Peppin says:

    Compost your food scraps.

  9. Recycle, compost and cloth diapers. It is amazing how little trash a family can have.

  10. sarah k says:

cloth Diapering! I have really seen how it has changed out trash output since we’ve gone CD almost full time! We recently moved cross-country, and we’d have a full bin every week for trash pick up. Since moving and full-timeish CDing we only put out maybe 1 or 2 bag each week for the trash man!

  11. hicksfan7 says:

My all time favorite: RECYCLE, RECYCLE, RECYCLE!

  14. Just do what you can! Every little bit is helping and once you are able to successfully change one thing in your life to a greener way, everything else seems easier!

  15. Katherine Schofield says:

My Eco-Tip is to use the sun as a natural stain fighter for cloth diapers.

  16. chelsea preston says:

use natural when you can, use washable cloth everything to reduce waste and have fun with it, anything that is “work” and not fun is hard to stick with .
