  3. I have been trapped inside with all the snow recently so I have found Pilates on my Roku. It is a little different than yoga, so my muscles are challenged a bit. I hope to keep this routine going when the weather gets warmer.

    Spring is the best time of year to exercise for those that like to walk outside. It’s not too cold and it’s not too warm, it’s just beautiful.

    We just got our treadmill running after our cross-country move, but now that we live in TX instead of MN I forsee a lot of walks and playing at the playground with my two kids.

    I have been working on drinking more water and moving around more with walks and the like am waiting for spring to get outside, I am sick of cold, snow and ice.

    We’ve had an extra harsh winter! I can’t wait for Spring so I can finally get outside and walk the neighborhood. I love taking a walk every day, it’s my daily exercise.
