Kids Konserve Lunch Set:
The good people at Mighty Nest sent me a lunch set to review. Since school doesn’t start for another month we have used this lunch set at home, babysitters, and picnics at the park! I’ve even used it for taking my lunch to work, and I got a ton of compliments!
What comes in the set: Recycled cotton sack, cloth napkin, 304 food-grade stainless steel beverage bottle, food kozy and two 304 food-grade stainless steel food containers.
*I know you are asking, “What is a food kozy?”
From Kids Konverse: “Our reusable sandwich wrap is similar to a snack bag, but lies flat to double as an on-the-go placemat, making them great for school lunches. You have 2 adorable choices: Caterpillar or Butterfly. This is my only complaint because I would love more choices!
Things I loved…besides being “Green”:
You can wash lunch bag in washing machine! Awesome, right? I’ve only washed mine once and it did hold up well in wash!
The Round Food Containers and Lids are very easy to open (even my 3 year old could open!). This is very important because my son is only 6 and struggled before with other containers I have bought in the past.
Food Kozy is so cool! I never heard or seen anything like this. What a great way to store your sandwiches and/or wraps. Also, very to easy to use and wash.
The bottle is very nice and has a great sturdy clip to attach your bag or backpack.
