As a child I remember how excited I was whenever I got a new pair of shoes. I would want to wear those shoes with every outfit, no matter what! Apparently, I have passed my excitement for new shoes on to my boys because they are the same when they receive a new pair of shoes.

When I pulled them out of the box I noticed how much heavier they felt compared to shoes my son usually wears, but they are not too heavy for him at all. They are just made of better materials that are waterproof and breathable so he will be able to go out and be wild! I know these shoes will hold up through anything and I will be able to pass them down to my younger 2 boys, YAY for hand me downs! I have had several shoes that my 7 year old has just destroyed by wearing them out. I am a big believer in spending a little more for quality products so that they will hold up over time and be able to be used by my 3 boys.
I really like the lacing system on this KEEN shoe. The laces are simple to use for any child and keep them on securely. My son really prefers shoes he can just slip on and go so these shoes are perfect! The bottom of the shoes are really nice and are sure to keep your child sure-footed for any inside or outside adventure.
My son really loves his new shoes and even tested them during a race his first day of second grade. He won the race apparently against a very fast kid so he is really loving these shoes even more now!!!!

They look very cool. We have a separate box of “creek shoes” but with these, you wouldn’t even need to put on different shoes.
I love keens!! They are the only comfortable shoe for my sone who has very wide feet!! And they last so long!! So durable and so super cute!! My son has worn their sandals every summer since he started walking !! I haven’t thought to purchase their shoes too!! We will have to try them out!!
